Kids Summer Camp Quick Facts
WHERE: Park’s Martial Arts 1920 Central Ave Billings

NO PRIOR MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE NEEDED
WEAR:
Comfortable/light clothing for moving
BRING:
Good walking shoes, Sunblock, Water Bottle,
Sack Lunch (Mon/Tues/Weds; no peanut products please)
Note: Daily Snack provided. Bring a sack lunch for Mon, Tues, Weds. The Last day of camp (Thursday) we will provide pizza and ice cream. Please provide a sack lunch this day if your kiddo has any Gluten or Lactose allergies. Thank you!
ABOUT PARK’S:
Martial Arts classes at our academy are taught in a safe and fun manner by instructors with no less than 5 years experience. Focus is on teaching effective and practical self-defense. The Martial Art our schools teach is called Jungdo. Jungdo combines the best of Taekwondo, Judo, Jiujitsu and Hapkido Weapons and Self Defense. It is designed to be practical, versatile, and effective in a variety of different situations. Taekwondo kicks and strikes provide excellent power for medium and long range, while throws, locks, chokes and joint manipulation of Judo and Hapkido allow for effective close range fighting and grappling. Jungdo is more than just an effective system of self defense. It’s a martial art that encourages students to realize their own physical, mental and spiritual potential. Our daily focus is to cultivate values of integrity, self-control, confidence, courage and indomitable spirit. We teach character, team building, leadership and important life skills to help shape students into amazing members of society.

Martial Arts Introduction, Character and Friend building activities, Games, Break falling for Stunts, Designing team T-shirts and headbands

Martial Arts Skills, Kicking, Rolling, Leadership, Team Obstacle Courses, Judo, Inflatable Sumo Wrestling

DAY THREE:
Team Building, Self Defense Techniques, Martial Arts Skills and Movements, Walk to Park and Team Games, Nerf Wars

DAY FOUR:
Martial Arts Skills and Movements, Self Defense Techniques, Weapons Training Intro, Kungfu Panda Movie-Pizza and Ice Cream, Inflatable Sumo Wrestling
