3. Board Breaking (All Ages. 8th kup and above only all ages)

Athlete Entry Fees: 

• 1-2 Events $70.00* 

• 3-6 Events $95.00*

8am check in, 9am Red/Black Belt mtg, 10am elimination. Order: Forms, Judo, Weapons, Breaking, Sparring. FORMS: will be judged on Stance, Power, Focus.

BREAKING: 12 and under=3 boards; 13-17=4 boards; 18+=5 boards

FIGHTING/SPARRING: Flag system. ONE PT for head kicks (Head kicks allowed for adults red and above only). Two (2) minute rounds. Disqualification for excessive force. Safety: Fingernails must be clean and trimmed short. Required gear: shin/arm guards, mouth guard, groin cup for boys. You must bring these. Helmet/chest protectors are provided. JUDO: IJF Rules apply
