Join us for our annual American Jungdo Federation Invitational Tournament in Cody, Wyoming.
Athletes register here for one or multiple events:
Free Fighting/Sparring -you must bring your own shin/arm guards, mouth guard and groin cup for boys

AJF Tournament @Cody Middle School 8am check in, 9am Red/Black Belt mtg, 10am start. Safety: Fingernails clean and trimmed short for Sparring/Judo. Sparring: ONE PT for head kicks (Adults red & above only). Two (2) minute rounds. Disqualification for excessive force. Required: Head gear/chest protectors provided. BRING your shin/arm guards, mouthguard and groin cup for boys. JUDO: Chokes are only for ages 13+. Armbars are only for 17+. No flying scissors/kami basami. IJF Rules apply.
